Annual Care Plan Protect your home & family all year long

With the Crawlspace Medic care plan, you have the benefit of knowing that the equity of your home is protected and the personal health of your family remains a top priority.

For a period of 12 months, Crawlspace Medic will provide two (2) comprehensive evaluations of your home’s crawlspace with graphs, notes and photos.

The Crawlspace Medic Comprehensive Care plan is provided for a discounted one-time fee of $250.00 or $23.00 per month for 12 months. 

What comes with the care plan?

Comprehensive Visual Inspections:
  • Ductwork, including return, supply and boot attachments
  • Plumbing system, including supply and drain lines
  • Crawl space insulation
  • Foundation vents, walls and piers
  • Signs or indications of microbial growth
  • Interior and exterior drainage systems including gutter downspout and drainage from roof runoff
  • Pest and rodent inspection
  • Moisture content measurements performed
Maintenance on Installed Systems by Cralwspace Medic
  • Check and perform general maintenance on sump pumps and drainage systems
  • Clean condensate lines and change dehumidifier air filters, one time per year
  • Service any other type of Crawlspace Medic installed air movement systems
  • Provide maintenance on installed vapor barriers, as needed
Additional Services
  • 10% off any crawl space repairs that fall outside of the scope of this service
  • Access to preferred contractors for other related services, such as plumbers, HVAC, electricians and pest control.
