Crawlspace Medic was professional, responsive and knowledgeable! They replaced my broken sump pump and waterproofed the area after a storm flooded it. It’s been in great shape since. I recommend them to anyone in need of crawl space work!

I had complete waterproofing of my crawl space including sump pumps and liner done about 2 months ago. The work took about 3 days total and they were constantly in contact with me over what time they would be at my house and what work was accomplished each day. They were professional and efficient! They sent me a final invoice that included detailed pictures of the before and after as well as written details of what was done. We have had a couple heavy rains since then and everything has held up and is working properly!

Had these guys out to improve drainage in my crawl space, install a sump pump and a dehumidifier. It rained heavily the week that they completed the work and the ground was saturated. So, all the additional rain had nowhere to go but under my house. All afternoon, I watched the sump pump and the dehumidifier extracting water and moisture that would have otherwise puddled in my crawl space. Everything appears to be working as expected. These guys did a great job. They were timely, they left the place clean, even replaced some of the vapor barrier that got mud on it. Big kudos to them for helping me protect my home. Money well spent.
