Stephen and his team were courteous and professional and explained things regarding my crawl space in a helpful and easy to understand manner. Super helpful pics/videos of needed repairs were provided along with estimates for resolution!

The fact that this estimate/ inspection is free is nuts. With no obligation to buy anything, Stephen and his trainee fearlessly crawled through my crawl space. Somehow they were able to work there way through leaky water pipes, moldy ductwork and sparkly electrical wires. I think they they enjoyed it. Afterwards he gave me a quote for what I needed and nothing more. He didn’t try to convince me to turn my crawlspace into an above ground pool or a private bowling alley. I don’t have to worry about spending too much money and I don’t have to worry whether the job will be done right. If you have had anybody else give you an estimate to treat your crawlspace ailments, be sure to call these guys. At least let them enjoy your skanky crawl space.

Crawlspace Medic was very professional and informative about what was going on with my crawlspace. The workers worked all day to remedy the humidity , always standing water in the crawlspace and they got the job done. I am very satisfied and thankful I found them! Crawlspace Medic came to the house within a two days of calling to make the appt. Explained the root cause of the issue, contributing factors and how they were going to fix it. Others were going to take a month just to get me a quote. Jon came out, had the quote within an hour of his departure, Tammy scheduled the work to be done within a week, and the crew was extremely helpful and followed all the protocols for social distancing while explaining the job that was about to done. Second phase took even less time. Same professional mannerisms and when a minor issue was reported it was addressed and fixed immediately. Signed up for their inspection plan to keep the space up. Actually found a good electrician in process as well. Rytek Electric….. Nice job guys…

Had Crawlspace come do an inspection at my house. Didn’t try to oversell me, just gave me a good thorough inspection. Very knowledgeable and recommend for anyone needing to put down a vapor barrier, humidifiers, sump pumps, french drains, etc. They’re great.
