Solutions, not systems
We are a solutions based company, so we quote what your crawl space actually needs. If a 10 mil barrier, sealed vents, and a dehumidifier will do it, we are not going to quote you to wrap the walls and piers.
We fix the cause
We install the ground vapor barrier, seal the vents, and set a Santa Fe dehumidifier to hold the moisture down. We carry 10, 14, and 20 mil, and we handle cleanouts, fungal treatment, and subfloor repair when a CL-100 calls for it.

A lot of older Charleston homes are built on a crawl space, which is simply an area underneath the home that is not conditioned and is open to the elements through crawl space vents.
