Rick is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Civil Engineering. He worked as a structural engineer (PE) at a local firm for many years before utilizing that experience and expertise here at Crawlspace Medic. His engineering background brings a valuable perspective to diagnosing structural problems and water / moisture issues with homes here in the upstate.
David Williams
Operations Manager
David holds an extensive background in many facets of residential remodeling and new home building, from overseeing custom builds to large communities of new construction homes. His goal as Operations Manager is to uphold the highest level of excellence for our customers while delivering a first-rate experience from start to finish. His attention to detail ensures comprehensive evaluations and practical solutions. Will is a Presbyterian College graduate, where he played competitive tennis and majored in English. Will’s background includes working in Campus Ministry, where he dedicated himself to ministry fundraising and building relationships.
