Matt is a graduate of Presbyterian College with a BS in Biology. Following college, Matt served as an Army Infantry officer for four years, including a deployment to Iraq. Following his military service, Matt began a 12 year career in medical device sales as a key leader in the industry. Matt is excited to combine his operational leadership and sales experience to lead the Crawlspace Medic team towards serving our clients in Upstate SC.
David Williams
Operations Manager
David holds an extensive background in many facets of residential remodeling and new home building, from overseeing custom builds to large communities of new construction homes. His goal as Operations Manager is to uphold the highest level of excellence for our customers while delivering a first-rate experience from start to finish. David’s wide range of construction experience and passion for high-quality workmanship make him a great fit for our team here in Greenville.

Lead Inspector
Evan is a graduate of the University of South Carolina with a BFA in Photography. He has a broad range of work experience from being an Apple device specialist to an HVAC comfort specialist. His customer service background and eye for detail makes him a valuable addition to our team in honing our emphasis on client experience. His goal in this industry is to closely partner with our clients to create a safer and healthier home.

Sales Inspector
Tim brings a unique blend of hands-on construction know-how and sales experience to the Crawlspace Medic team. With a background in tech industry sales and a solid foundation in the trades, he’s able to connect with homeowners and offer practical, straightforward solutions. Tim enjoys the dynamic problem-solving side of the job and takes pride in helping people protect and improve their homes. When he’s not working, you’ll probably find Tim on the golf course—relaxing, staying sharp, and enjoying good company.

Will is a Presbyterian College graduate, where he played competitive tennis and majored in English. Will’s background includes working in Campus Ministry, where he dedicated himself to ministry fundraising and building relationships. Working with both students and donors in a non-profit organization gave him a passion for the value of cultivating strong, authentic relationships, which he believes is the foundation of any successful business. He brings this experience and a thorough knowledge of residential construction practices to our company and our clients.
Rick Bunge
Owner
Rick is a graduate of Clemson University with a BS in Civil Engineering. He worked as a structural engineer (PE) at a local firm for many years before utilizing that experience and expertise here at Crawlspace Medic. His engineering background brings a valuable perspective to diagnosing structural problems and water / moisture issues with homes here in the upstate.
