5 stars! Excellent work, great value, and very professional from the first call through project completion. I called Crawlspace Medic about adding a vapor barrier to my basement and about fixing a broken structural pole. They came out the next day for a free estimate and were very knowledgeable and answered my all my questions. The work was very well done and the attention to detail exceeded my expectations. Excellent company that I would recommend to anyone!

Kevin & his team did a great job putting down vapor barrier & installing a dehumidifier in my office crawl space where we had a great deal of moisture. They were prompt, professional, and cleaned up our excess debris & behind themselves when finished. They did the work for the price agreed upon which was a competitive price for the work. I strongly recommend them to others with Crawl Space issues.

Robert, Will, and Jacob have done amazing work with our crawlspace, replacing support beams while leveling our home. They’re efficient, great at what they do, for a reasonable price. Highly recommend these guys for home improvements/updates/repairs. Very nice, informative and pleasant to have around the house. Awesome awesome people and fantastic work.

Mr. Sawyer from Crawlspace Medic was so informative and helped us to make many decisions about the work that needs to be done in our crawlspace. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. It was very easy to make an appointment and he called to see if he could come a little early. He provided over a hundred photos of all of the issues that we had in our crawlspace. He worked with us to decide what had to be done and what was just nice to get done. He also worked within our budget. We were given an estimate right away and we will be scheduling for them to come out and do the work soon.

These guys even reduced our work needed after they were able to put their hands on everything and made sure they didn’t do something that wasn’t needed. Crawlspace Medic was great! They cleaned out our messy crawl space, repaired an important pillar holding up the floor, installed liner to protect the space from water, and gave us peace of mind by checking over everything in that space we never go in. We would definitely hire them again! Wes and his team were great to work with!!

I called Crawlspace Medic due to standing water in my crawlspace and they came the next day to assess my damage. Paul was everything you would want in a service man. He was prompt (actually early and he called before he showed up), knowledgeable, thorough, and had a plan for how to quickly and efficiently solve our crawlspace issues. Steve and his crew were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. We are confident that the work they performed was of the highest quality as we were already noticing a difference in our home. We have done multiple mold remediations and knowledge is key to making sure these jobs are done right. We look forward to having them back to put further preventative measures in place.

John and his crew demo’d my failing wood floor, installed a subfloor, and then encapsulated my crawlspace. Their work was high quality and they were able to meet my aggressive timeframe. Everyone on the team was very professional. I was particularly impressed by their responsiveness and high level of communication. John even returned to the jobsite on short notice to address the needs of the flooring guys who came in next.

I just had Crawlspace Medic fix the drainage in my crawlspace. They installed an interior French drain, sump pump, vapor barrier and insulation. From start to finish, the process was easy and seamless. Chance was great on the quoting process. He answered all my questions and made honest suggestions. Chance and Westin did the install, and it was quick and painless. They were the tidiest contractors I’ve ever had at my house! Their communication was top notch and they were such a pleasure to work with. I’m so happy with the completed project. Do not hesitate to call them if you need anything done on your crawlspace!

Eric came out to take a look at our foundation and crawl space. We showed him the areas we were worried about and he was able to check these areas out and told us how to correct the issues. The problems ended up being much smaller things than we had thought based on previous companies’ crawspace/foundation inspections. Most things were a direct result of natural expansion and contraction over time; not problems that needed an expensive intervention to repair/correct. So after all was said and done, hiring Crawlspace Medic alleviated our fears about possible foundation issues and saved us a lot of money! I will definitely be calling them again if I notice any other problems!

I contacted this company in search of good quality, yet good prices. I had the pleasure of having Matt come down and doing thorough inspection on my crawlspace. When everything was done, he was reasonable, professional, and knowledgeable in his trade. He showed me all the corrections that needed to get done, and didn’t try to use a sales pitch approach with me. If something wasn’t needed within my budget, he was flexible and trying to make necessary repairs possible. If you are needing any sort of foundation, repair, waterproofing, or anything, and that nature, this company is for you. Especially, and the Roanoke area.

Came home on a Sunday to thunderstorms and my basement flooding faster than normal. Filled out the service form on the website that day, got a text response within an hour and had an appointment for the next day. Crew came by that Wednesday and wrapped everything up on Thursday. Now I have a sump pump and robust waterproofing system. Excellent service, fair price, and the scheduling can’t be beat. Highly recommended.

Dan is very responsive, professional, and informative throughout his entire analysis, quote, and repair process. He made sure to send us photos and videos of the damage as well as photos and videos after the repairs were completed. 10/10 recommend them to my clients and will use them on my personal home in the future if ever needed.

Crawlspace Medic of the Triad was an excellent company to hire for fixing the moisture issues in our crawlspace. They also did a great job when adding extra pier support underneath our home. The crew was very professional and polite and the work site was cleaned up nicely each day. When I researched companies to hire for this job, the previous reviews that were written about them were extremely good so I called them along with another company. David was one of the biggest reasons that we went with this company. He did not rush when looking in our crawlspace and he took time to explain our options without pressuring us to spend huge amounts of money. The contract that he sent us was itemized which I appreciated very much. I would recommend this company without any hesitation to homeowners that need repairs in their crawlspace. The communication was excellent too!

Tom came out and gave us a more than fair estimate to take care of our moisture problem in our crawl space. They arrived on time, were very respectful of our property and did an amazing job. Jimmy was GREAT! He explained what he did and was happy to answer any questions we had. If you trust this company with your crawl space needs you won’t be sorry. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Mike and his team were amazing to work with! It was a super simple and easy process and he was realistic with me and gave honest and upfront advice about what we should do with our crawlspace. We had one heck of a time with another company and what Crawlspace Medic did for us was fantastic. They offered better service, better cost, and better quality of work than the other and they still helped to keep our crawlspace dry for a fraction of what we were having done before. I’m pretty sure we saved over $10k from what we were going to pay. Five star service and 5 star work! Don’t use anyone else!
